1. Availability
Optional supporter checkout is currently enabled. The checkout page controls the final offer, price, taxes, payment methods and provider-specific purchase terms.
The complete relationship simulator is available without purchasing a supporter pack. MyGfSim may pause or withdraw an offer before purchase.
2. Information shown before purchase
Before placing an order, the checkout must clearly identify the seller or merchant shown at checkout, the selected pack and included benefits, the total price and applicable taxes, how the digital entitlement is delivered, and the available cancellation or refund route. Review that information before paying and keep the receipt.
3. One-time digital entitlements
Supporter and Founding Supporter packs are intended as one-time digital entitlements unless the checkout explicitly states otherwise. They may unlock badges, visual themes, customization tools and optional community areas. They do not change affection, trust, memories, responses, boundaries, timing or relationship progression.
A purchase grants access to the stated product benefits; it does not transfer ownership of MyGfSim code, characters, images or other protected assets.
4. Cancellation and withdrawal rights
Your cancellation or withdrawal rights depend on your location and on when digital performance begins. Where applicable law requires consent before immediate digital delivery or an acknowledgement that a withdrawal right may be lost, the checkout must request it expressly. MyGfSim does not exclude rights that cannot legally be waived.
5. Refunds and non-conforming access
Request a refund through the route shown on your receipt or by using the contact below. Include the purchase reference, pack and a short description of the issue, but do not send a full card number or raw license key. The checkout provider's process may apply in addition to mandatory consumer law.
If paid digital access is materially unavailable or does not match the offer, available remedies may include restoring access, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or refund, depending on applicable law and the circumstances.
6. Refunds, chargebacks and entitlement status
A refunded, reversed, fraudulent or charged-back purchase may cause the related supporter entitlement to be revoked. Revocation does not delete the free account or relationship history. Paid designs remain stored but are hidden behind the safe free presentation unless the entitlement becomes active again.
