1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or using MyGfSim, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering an agreement where you live. You may not use the service if access is prohibited by applicable law. You must provide truthful age information and may not create an account for a minor.
3. Nature of the simulation
Generated responses may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive or unsuitable. Relationship state, memory and scene systems are product mechanics and do not prove consciousness, genuine consent or human emotion. Do not rely on the service for medical, legal, financial, psychological or safety-critical decisions.
4. Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify the operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not sell, transfer, share or automate access to an account in a way that harms the service or other users.
You may delete your account through Account settings. Deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot be undone.
5. Acceptable use
You may use MyGfSim only for lawful personal entertainment. You must not:
- use the service to exploit, sexualize or impersonate minors or real people;
- upload unlawful content or content that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property or safety;
- threaten, harass, dox or target other users in community areas;
- circumvent access controls, probe private assets, reverse engineer protected character packs or interfere with service operation;
- use bots, scraping or excessive automated requests without written permission;
- resell the service, supporter licenses or generated access credentials;
- use AI output to facilitate crime, abuse, self-harm or harm to another person.

6. Supporter purchases
Optional Supporter and Founding Supporter packs are presentation and community entitlements offered as one-time purchases unless the checkout clearly says otherwise. They do not improve affection, trust, relationship progression, memory priority or character boundaries.
Prices, taxes, availability and refund rights are shown at checkout and may also be governed by the payment provider's terms and mandatory consumer law. Founder quantities may be limited. Fraudulent, refunded or charged-back purchases may result in entitlement revocation without deleting the core account. See Purchases & Refunds for the intended purchase-support process.
7. Your content and MyGfSim property
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant the operator a limited, worldwide right to host, process, reproduce and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service, comply with law and enforce these terms.
The application code, interface, characters, visual assets, branding and authored content are owned by the operator or its licensors. No purchase transfers ownership of those materials or grants permission to extract protected asset packs.
AI-generated output may not be unique and similar output may be generated for others. The legal status of AI output can vary by jurisdiction.
8. Availability, changes and termination
The service may change, experience downtime or discontinue features. We may suspend access to protect security, investigate abuse, comply with law or enforce these terms. Where reasonable, material changes affecting paid benefits should be communicated in advance.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyGfSim is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, emotional outcome, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or compatibility with every device.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Changes, governing rules and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material updates should be announced and dated. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply. Governing-law and dispute provisions must be completed by the operator before public launch and cannot override rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
